1. When is T-hook used?
Hearing instrument users who would like to hear better when talking on a mobile phone or wireless phone. It works both with in-the-ear and behind-the-ear hearing instruments with a telecoil. You do not have to take off your hearing instrument in order to talk on the phone with the aid of T-hook. Set the hearing instrument in T mode.

2. Does T-hook fit with all mobile phones?
T-hook fits most mobile phones on the market. For most models you need an adapter, see a list here. We do not have adapters for all new mobile phone models, but they are available in phone and electronic shops.

3. Is T-hook complicated to use?
No, it is easy! Plug in the cable into the phone, with adapter if applicable, and hang T-hook comfortably over your ear. Then it is just to start talking! The microphone is integrated in the cable.
